Lindab International AB :Lindab acquires French Ventilation Distributor Froid Partn'Air

Lindab has reached an agreement to acquire the French company Froid Partn'Air, distributor of ventilation and indoor climate products in the Marseille region in France. The acquisition strengthens Lindab's presence and distribution in this area, which is the third most populated area in France. The annual turnover amounts to approx. SEK 13 m and the company employs 5 people.
