Lindab completes the acquisition of Danish Muncholm, specialists in products for tinsmiths
On 8 June, Lindab announced the acquisition Muncholm A/S, Denmark's leading wholesaler for tinsmiths. The acquisition was subject to approval by the Danish competition authorities, which was received on 30 June. Lindab has today completed the acquisition and Muncholm will be part of Lindab from 6 July.
Muncholm processes steel, zinc, copper and aluminium and offers solutions for roofs and facades. The company is a leader in aluminium facades and self-supporting roofs. They also have an extensive range of machines and tools. They are known for their high level of service and for offering support with drawings and construction expertise.
Muncholm has its operations in Hadsten outside Aarhus in Denmark. The company has annual sales of approximately SEK 250 million and 20 employees. The operating margin is in line with Lindab's operating margin.
