Lindab's sale of treasury shares
Lindab has completed the sale of 1,000,000 treasury shares as announced in connection with the acquisition of the Polish company, Centrum Klima.
Between 2 May and 5 May, 1,000,000 treasury shares were sold at an average share price of SEK 52.18 per share. The sale has been exercised in accordance with the mandate that was approved by the Annual General Meeting 2011. Following the sale, Lindab holds 2,375,838 treasury shares.
